We do not offer residential management.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES?
There are many factors taken into consideration in determining the property management fee. We ask potential clients several questions about their objectives, goals, the tenant base, and the physical nature of the property, and we visit each site and review certain records to ensure we fully understand the assignment before we can provide an accurate proposal for professional full-service property management services.

HOW AND WHERE DO I PAY MY RENT?
You can pay online through our online tenant portal. Click here to log in! You can mail a check to the address that has been provided to you by your Property Manager.
WHO IS MY PROPERTY MANAGER?
You can call or email our office to inquire as to who your Property Manager is. Please provide your name and the address where you lease space and we can direct you to the appropriate person.
