As Property Service Coordinator, Shane is responsible for supporting the Property Managers of the Smith Commercial Management team by communicating with tenants and vendors on a daily basis. From processing service requests to scheduling and monitoring work orders, he works to turn problems into solutions. Shane comes to Smith Commercial from the Silicon Valley Capital Club and brings his years of customer service experience and skills to ensure everyone’s needs are met.

 

Shane graduated from San Jose State University in 2016 with a degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business. While at San Jose State University he played for the Men’s Club Water Polo team and was President and Captain for 2 years.
