Michelle Molk Donner

As Property Manager, Michelle is responsible for a large commercial portfolio in the Greater Bay Area.  Acting as liaison between the client, tenant and vendor, her primary goal is to make the property shine!  Michelle consistently keeps the property well-maintained, quickly responds to tenant needs and inquiries and expertly coordinates with vendors performing work on site.  Timely preparation of budgets, comprehensive tenant reconciliations and attentive management of the asset are all crucial pieces of effectively overseeing a property.

Michelle brings 20 years of management experience to her position as Director of Property Management.  She provides assistance to the Team for an array of matters, including but not limited to, accounting aspects of the property portfolio, handling client and tenant requests and inquiries, properly enforcing the terms of the lease and effectively working with the numerous vendors on each of the properties.

Outside of work, Michelle loves to travel, visit family, do jigsaw puzzles and go wine tasting!
