Phoenix started with Smith Commercial Management in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant.  Administrative Assistant soon turned into the role of Property Manager Account Representative where she worked closely with the Property Managers on various aspects of managing their portfolios.  In 2021 Phoenix stepped into the role of Property Manager.  She is responsible for managing a commercial portfolio and acting as liaison between the building owners, tenants, and vendors. Her primary goal is to keep the property well-maintained, respond to the tenant's needs and coordinate with vendors performing work on site.  Preparing budgets, providing tenant reconciliations, and managing the assets is crucial for effectively overseeing the property. Phoenix is also responsible for coordinating all Smith Commercial corporate and private events.

Phoenix holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with an emphasis in Events from San Jose State University.  Phoenix is also a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and teaches at various South Bay studios and gyms.
